F.A.Q.

Are dates provisionally held?

Unfortunately no.  A 50% non-refundable booking fee and a completed contract are required to confirm you booking.  We see a number of clients sharing the same date, so the first deposit secures the date.

Do you travel?

We are based is Louis- Trichardt, but we do weddings around the country and internationally. Our packages include a 100km round trip,  thereafter an additional charge  of  R4,00/km is applicable. Flights, accommodation and car hire for destination weddings (if applicable).

Who are the photographers that will shoot my wedding?

We (Madeleen and Leenke) are the two main photographers, but if one of us is unable to shoot, an awesome assistant will be there to assist us during the day.

Will you tell us how to stand?

Yes, we will guide you but we aim more for spontaneous & real moments!

Do you take family group shots?

Yes, we limit these to 10 groups due to limited time, but we are willing to negotiate a couple more as long as time is factored in. You will need to provide us with a detailed list of the groups before the wedding. Please allow enough time planning your day – large group photos of all the guests can take up to 20 minutes to get everyone together!

How many pictures do we receive?

This depends on a few things, e.g. the number of guests at the wedding, hours of coverage, type of event etc. We have never delivered less than 500 images for a wedding but it is often double or even triple that number.

What happens if it rains?

If it rains we all might get a bit wet! It rains often during summer months in South-Africa. We always plan for it with you before the big day! Our cameras can endure a bit of rain and photos in the rain can result in stunning pictures!

Do you digitally manipulate your images?

Yes, we put a lot of time, love and effort into editing! You will receive them in a variety of colours and B&W.

How long does it take to get our images ?

Please allow 8 weeks for editing your special day! Most probably sooner, but definitely not longer!

What equipment do you use?

Professional range of Canon camera bodies and top of the range lenses, with sufficient backup!
